We were referred to Bud from an old friend who was well aware of how particular we were. Upon meeting Bud, he listened intently to what we had to say and his eyes lit up and he said: “Here’s what we’ll do!” Next thing I know we’re closing on exactly what we told him we wanted. I didn’t think it was possible from the outset, but I must admit, Bud was the 1st agent we met that listened more than he talked.

2004 My wife and I were checking out open houses in Littleton and followed the signs to Bud’s listing. What he had didn’t fit our needs, but he offered to work with us showing us other homes that were closer fits. After about 20 showings we finally found a house that BOTH of us LOVED. Our schedule’s were tight and Bud always seemed to be available somehow for calls and showings. Needless to say, we closed in just under 2 weeks on our forever home and couldn’t be happier.

2002 We were under the gun having to relocate from LA to Denver in just 2 weeks as I was being transferred and had to open up a Denver branch of my lumber company. Bud showed us homes fitting our price range 1st to my wife and then again to me on weekends. We settled on a 2 story colonial near a park and a stream and got if for a significant discount. I can’t say enough about how hard this guy works! I will use him again and always recommend him to my friends and employees.
